Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park runs alongside the beach and an inlet, which are, of course, tidal.  Many people are content to know the water and sand is all just there within easy walking distance, while others like to try to be as waterfront as possible in their accommodation.  We have developed a map to assist your booking process, which shows our geographic layout in relation to the sea, from above.

The Summer Beach Bus is operating daily from 10am to 4.40pm, between Saturday 27 December 2025 up to and including Sunday 18 January 2026.

Pick-up and drop-off points: Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park, Classic Car Museum, Tāhunanui Beach & Nelson City.

The bus leaves Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park on the hour, Classic Car Museum 10 minutes past the hour, Nelson City (crn Halifax & Trafalgar Streets) on the half hour, Tāhunanui Beach at Bisley Walk 40 minutes past the hour (except at 1pm).

Tickets: Adult $6 / $10 return, Child $3 / $5 return. Children under 3yrs ride free. Family tickets also available. Tickets are available from Reception (cash or card) as well as on the bus (cash only).

• Classic Car Museum → Nelson CBD:
