Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park is located 4.5 kilometres from Nelson city centre and adjacent to the long welcoming sands of Tāhunanui Beach. It covers 54 acres of parkland that has been available for almost 100 years for holidaymakers to enjoy.
The Holiday Park’s location gives you direct access to the beach, playing fields and local beachside attractions.
Where’s the Beach/Water?
Tāhuna Beach Holiday Park runs alongside the beach and an inlet, which are, of course, tidal. Many people are content to know the water and sand is all just there within easy walking distance, while others like to try to be as waterfront as possible in their accommodation. We have developed a map to assist your booking process, which shows our geographic layout in relation to the sea, from above.
Tāhunanui is the jewel in Nelson’s crown, the cities playground for over 100 years. A beautiful family-friendly swimming beach allows you to take full advantage of the region’s fantastic climate with lots of activities and restaurants within close proximity.
